Weston 12×16 Vinyl Siding Wood Garage Kit – ALL Pre-Cut

Our Weston 12×16 wood storage shed is a single car garage kit that is (prepped for vinyl siding) designed to allow the customer to purchase and apply the exterior vinyl siding of their choice. Most customers will buy vinyl siding that matches their home for a professional look. To prepare the Weston shed for your siding, the exterior walls are finished with provided 7/16 inch oriented strand boards (OSB). These are included in your kit. This wood garage kit will allow you to apply vinyl siding or stucco, wood lap siding or any other finishing materials to the underlayment OSB. *vinyl siding provided by customer; match your home for a professional look!

The Weston garage includes swing out carriage style doors with built in transom windows. The doors open to a generous 8ft wide by 7ft high opening for easy access of your vehicles. The transom windows allow natural lighting in. The garage doors also include a lock set with key to allow locking your garage up securely to keep items stores safely. A side door is not included and can be added for purchase if desired at the bottom of the page and can be installed on any wall.

Prepped for vinyl siding means that the exterior walls will be covered with an oriented strand board (OSB). The customer will then apply any exterior siding of their choice purchased locally. Choices include wood siding, stucco, vinyl siding or any exterior grade siding. Most of our customers use this style shed kit to match the siding on their home.

Wood floor is not included; Add a wood floor kit to your shed to give it a finished look!
Designed specifically for your new storage building. Adding a wood floor provides a dry storage area and raises the building above the ground protecting if from damaging moisture. Included in the floor kit are 4×4 treated runners, 2×4 treated joists (spaced 12″ on center), 3/4″ plywood flooring and nails. The material is not pre-cut and will require the customer to make simple straight cuts. The flooring package will be delivered before your shed by a local lumber dealer. They will call to make delivery arrangements and someone must be there to receive and sign.
