Physical control process
After each sale, all items must go through our in-house multi-point inspection and evaluation process.
The inspection is done physically by our experts.
Each evaluation is brand and model specific. We inspect brand markings, date codes, serial numbers, materials, hardware, holograms and brand tags, to name a few.

1. How much does shipping cost?
We're currently shipping just in the USA.
The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. (Monday through Friday) using USPS and UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The standard delivery time is 07-15 days.
To assure that your products reach to you faster, You must complete an address that is in ENGLISH to expedite the shipping, and don't make use of PO Boxes.
2. Order modifications:
Once your order is accepted, it can't be altered or canceled. If you have to return an item, you need to begin the return process after receiving the product.
3. Item was not received:
If you've placed an order but haven't yet received it, however, the tracking status indicates that it was delivered. You need to touch the carrier to find your product, as once the item is packed, we have no control over it (once the page does), but if problems persist, please email us at email@example.com, we will try our best to help you.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is up to the customer to ensure that they have entered the correct address for shipping. We will not be responsible when a package is delivered back to us because of an incorrect or not provided address. If you fix to change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order.
