Do you ship orders worldwide?
All of our jackets are shipped worldwide(except Russian Federation); Our customers are surprised by our low shipping rates by DHL or FedEx.
What is your return policy?
BeastPortail are a joy to use. We accept returns or exchanges of bags within 15 days of delivery. All products purchased during a promotion are final sales. You can exchange an item by placing a new online order. We’ll be happy to assist you by sending an email at support@beastportail.com
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. They are usually available within 07 to 15 days depending on which payment provider you use. Track the progress of your parcel with our courier service by using the tracking number attached to your return label. We will email you to confirm your refund once the package has been accepted by our partner.
Where can I look for information on the order I placed?
Your Order Confirmation email details the price of each item, shipping charges, and your order number.
Where do you get your leather?
Our leather is an agricultural by-product. We purchase the hides and transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.
